Day 1: Arrival in Ende – Wologai – Moni Village

Pick up at Ende Airport

Visit Wologai Traditional Village

Drive to Moni

Hotel check-in and dinner

Stay: Hotel in Moni

Day 2: Kelimutu – Blue Stone Beach – Bajawa

Early morning hike to Mount Kelimutu to see the three-colored crater lakes

Breakfast at hotel

Stop at Nduaria Market

Lunch in Ende

Visit Blue Stone Beach

Drive to Bajawa and check in

Stay: Hotel in Bajawa

Day 3: Bena – So’a Hot Spring – Aimere – Ranamese Lake – Ruteng

Visit the megalithic Bena Village

Optional stop at So’a Hot Spring (if weather permits)

Day 4: Ruteng – Pu’u Village – Spider Web Rice Fields – Labuan Bajo

Visit Pu’u Traditional Village, one of the oldest in Manggarai

Continue to Cara Village to see the iconic spider web rice fields (Lingko Lodok)

Drive to Labuan Bajo

Check in at hotel and rest

Stay: Hotel in Labuan Bajo

Day 5: Labuan Bajo – Kelor – Rinca – Kalong Island

Board your phinisi boat and begin sailing

Trek and snorkel at Kelor Island

Spot Komodo dragons on Rinca Island with a local ranger

Enjoy sunset and flying bats at Kalong Island

Day 6: Padar – Komodo – Pink Beach – Taka Makasar

Sunrise hike to the famous viewpoint on Padar Island

Snorkeling and relaxing at Pink Beach

Day 7: Siaba – Sebayur – Return to Labuan Bajo

1. Booking & Payment

A minimum 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Full payment must be completed no later than 7 days before the tour starts.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 100% refund of deposit

Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total payment

Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of total payment

Cancellation less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund

3. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, or force majeure.

In such cases, we will offer the best alternative without reducing the overall experience.

Boat substitution may occur if the original vessel is not available due to technical issues.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Please refer to the itinerary section for clear details on what is included and excluded in the package.

Any extra expenses such as drinks, laundry, or personal purchases are not covered.

5. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for trekking, snorkeling, and boat travel.

Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before the trip.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and evacuation.

6. Liability

Naren Komodo Tour will not be held liable for loss, injury, or damage to any person or property due to natural disasters, accidents, delays, or actions of third parties.

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

7. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring they carry valid ID or passport, and comply with local entry requirements.

8. Respect for Local Culture & Environment

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward local communities, guides, and fellow travelers.

Activities that damage coral reefs, wildlife, or cultural sites are strictly prohibited.
