Day 1 – Labuan Bajo – Kelor – Manjarite – Rinca – Kalong Island

1. Reservation & Payment:

Booking is confirmed upon 30% deposit payment.

Full payment must be completed at least 14 days before departure.

2. Cancellation Policy:

30–15 days before trip: 50% cancellation fee.

14–7 days before trip: 75% cancellation fee.

Less than 7 days/no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

3. Travel Insurance:

Guests are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance.

4. Responsibility:

Naren Komodo Tour is not liable for natural disasters, flight cancellations, or personal loss/injuries during the tour.

Guests are required to follow safety instructions from the guide/crew.

5. Accommodation:

Based on availability at the time of booking. Similar class hotel/boat may be substituted if necessary.

Entrance fees to Komodo National Park are subject to change by government policy.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Please inform us in advance if you have dietary restrictions or health conditions.

Snorkeling activities depend on sea conditions; safety is our top priority.

Komodo dragon sightings are not guaranteed but highly likely with ranger guidance.

Recommended to bring: sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, swimwear, trekking shoes, dry bag, power bank, mosquito repellent, light jacket.
