1. Booking must be made at least 1 day in advance (subject to availability).
2. Payment must be made in full to confirm the reservation.
3. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, or other safety concerns.
4. This is a shared trip, so departure and return times may vary slightly depending on participant coordination.
5. Cancellation policy:
50% refund if canceled 48 hours before departure.
No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before departure or in case of no-show.
6. Entrance fee for foreign tourists is not included and will be collected separately based on government regulations.
7. Naren Komodo Tour is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
Important Notes:
Bring sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and wear light, comfortable clothing.
Trekking shoes or sandals with good grip are recommended, especially for Padar hike.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
Not recommended for pregnant women, infants, or guests with serious health conditions.
The boat used is a modern wooden boat, equipped with basic safety features, toilet, and sun deck.
Be punctual — pick-up time starts around 05:30 AM, and boat departs from the harbor around 06:00 AM.
Respect nature and wildlife, especially when encountering Komodo dragons. Always follow the ranger’s instructions.
