Land transfer to Labuhan Lombok Port

Terms & Conditions

A 30% deposit is required to secure your slot upon booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the departure date.

Payment confirmation must be sent to the operator for validation.

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant.

If the trip is canceled by the organizer due to weather, technical issues, or government regulations, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

This is a sharing trip, meaning you will share the boat and facilities with other participants.

The schedule may change depending on weather and sea conditions, at the discretion of the captain and trip leader for safety reasons.

Whale shark sightings are not guaranteed, as they depend on natural conditions.

Participants must be in good physical condition and free from serious medical issues.

The organizer is not responsible for any injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents during the trip.

Personal travel insurance is recommended.

Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals are responsible for paying their own entrance fees to Komodo National Park and other ticketed locations.

Participants must bring valid identification (passport or ID card) for check-in and park registration.

Respect fellow travelers, the local community, and the environment.

Follow crew instructions at all times, especially during trekking, snorkeling, and island visits.

Bringing personal belongings such as dry bags, eco-friendly toiletries, and sun protection is highly recommended.

The organizer is not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, storms, government policy changes, or political instability.
