Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Kelor – Rinca – Kalong Island

Kalong Island – Sunset with thousands of flying foxes
Overnight on the boat (anchored near Kalong)

1. Booking must be made well in advance to check the availability of the selected boat. Early reservation is highly recommended.
2. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final payment must be completed at least 14 days before departure.
3. Cancellation by guest is non-refundable.
4. Itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or port authority decisions. Refunds (if any) follow company policy.
5. Tour is not recommended for pregnant women, infants, or those with serious medical conditions.
6. Guests must follow safety instructions from the crew and guide.
7. Prices may change based on fuel cost, boat type, or park authority regulations.
8. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Important Notes
Arrive in Labuan Bajo one day before the trip to avoid delays caused by late flights or baggage mishandling.
Power supply on board is limited — bring a power bank for your devices and personal needs.
Bring personal items in soft bags or backpacks instead of hard luggage to save space.
Don’t forget essentials: hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen, swimsuit, trekking shoes, and a light jacket.
Snorkeling is a key part of this trip. Basic swimming skills are strongly recommended. Life jackets are provided.
Marine life such as manta rays and turtles are seasonal and not guaranteed, though sightings are common.
Inform us early if you have dietary restrictions or allergies, so the crew can prepare accordingly.
