Itinerary Details:

Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Cunca Wulang Waterfall – Lembor – Kampung Weri (Camping)

Morning pick-up from Labuan Bajo.

Short trek to Cunca Wulang Waterfall, a stunning waterfall with a natural swimming pool.

Continue to Lembor for lunch and a view of the largest rice fields in Flores.

Head to Kampung Weri, a peaceful coastal village in southern Lembor.

Overnight camping by the sea, in a simple tent surrounded by the sound of waves and a sky full of stars — the perfect outdoor adventure.

 

Day 2: Lembor – Dintor – Wae Rebo Village

Wake up to the fresh sea breeze and enjoy breakfast by the coast.

Drive to Dintor, then transfer to the starting point of the trek to Wae Rebo (approximately 2.5–3 hours).

Arrive at the traditional village known as the “village above the clouds.”

Overnight stay in one of the traditional cone-shaped Mbaru Niang houses, enjoying the warm hospitality of the locals.

 

Day 3: Wae Rebo – Dintor – Labuan Bajo

Morning in the village with a cup of local Wae Rebo coffee.

Trek down to Dintor, followed by the drive back to Labuan Bajo.

Estimated arrival in the afternoon – end of the tour.

Tips for driver/guide

1. Reservation & Payment

Reservations are confirmed only after a 30% non-refundable deposit is received.

The remaining balance (70%) must be paid no later than 3 days before the trip start date.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Proof of payment must be sent to our team.

2. Cancellation Policy

30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation between 14–7 days before the trip: 50% of total payment will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip or no-show: No refund.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before the trip.

3. Trip Conditions

The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances for safety reasons.

Participants must be in good health and physically fit for moderate trekking (especially to Wae Rebo).

The camping experience at Kampung Weri is basic and adventurous, without hotel-like facilities.

Electricity, phone signal, and internet may be limited or unavailable during parts of the tour (especially in Wae Rebo and Kampung Weri).

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizer is not liable for any lost items during the tour.

4. Insurance & Health

Travel insurance is not included in the package. We recommend that guests purchase their own travel insurance prior to the trip.

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruption.

The organizer has the right to refuse participants who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who behave in a manner that endangers others.

6. Environmental & Cultural Respect

Respect local customs, traditions, and privacy, especially in Wae Rebo where cultural sensitivity is important.

Participants are encouraged to follow a leave-no-trace principle and not litter in natural or cultural sites.

7. Photography & Documentation

We may take photos or videos during the trip for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in advance.

Guests are allowed to take photos in Wae Rebo, but ask permission before photographing people.

Important Notes:

Camping at Kampung Weri is basic and rustic – ideal for those seeking a nature-based, off-the-beaten-path experience.

Bring warm clothes and personal essentials.

Mobile signal is limited in both Wae Rebo and Kampung Weri.

Trek to Wae Rebo takes about 2.5–3 hours depending on your pace.

Weather in the mountains can change quickly – a raincoat or light waterproof jacket is recommended.
