Itinerary:
Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Lembor – Dintor – Wae Rebo

1. Booking & Payment
This tour is a private trip only (no sharing with other guests).
Booking must be made at least 3 days before departure.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 1 day before the trip.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash, based on prior agreement.
2. Trekking & Physical Condition
This trip includes a moderate trek from Denge to Wae Rebo, taking approximately 2.5 to 3 hours uphill on foot.
Participants must be in good physical condition and prepared for trekking through forest and rocky paths.
Not recommended for elderly guests with physical limitations, children under 7, or anyone with a serious heart or lung condition.
3. Accommodation & Facilities
Guests will stay 1 night in the traditional Mbaru Niang house, sharing a large communal sleeping area (no private rooms).
Basic shared toilet and cold water shower are available.
No mobile signal in the village. Electricity is limited and only available at night.
Guests are advised to bring a warm jacket, headlamp/flashlight, and other personal essentials.
4. Meals & Drinks
The package includes dinner (Day 1) and breakfast (Day 2) prepared by local villagers.
Lunch is not included – guests should bring their own snacks or eat along the way.
Mineral water is provided during the trip, but bringing your own reusable water bottle is recommended.
5. Weather & Natural Conditions
Weather conditions may affect the trek (rain can make the path slippery).
In case of extreme natural events (landslides, floods, road closure), the tour may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation >7 days before the trip: Full refund of deposit (minus transfer/admin fees if applicable).
Cancellation 3–6 days before the trip: 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation <3 days or no-show: No refund.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 days before departure, subject to availability and local conditions.
7. Behavior & Cultural Respect
Smoking is not allowed inside the traditional houses.
All guests must follow the traditional welcome ceremony upon arrival.
Respect the local community: do not take photos without permission, keep noise to a minimum, and avoid entering private areas unaccompanied.
Bringing alcoholic beverages or engaging in inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
8. Packing List
Bring only what’s necessary (small backpack/daypack recommended). Suggested items:

Sarong or light sleeping bag (optional)
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the package. Guests are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance.
Important Notes
Trekking Required: The hike to Wae Rebo takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours through hilly forest terrain. Moderate fitness is recommended. Wear comfortable trekking shoes.
Basic Facilities: Accommodation is in a shared traditional house (Mbaru Niang) with very simple amenities—no private rooms, limited electricity, and no internet/mobile signal.
Weather Conditions: The area can be misty or rainy, especially during the wet season (Nov–Apr). Pack a raincoat, dry bag, and warm layers for the cooler mountain air.
Motorbike Transfer: In some cases, a motorbike (ojek) may be used to transport guests or luggage between the car park and the trailhead. Let us know in advance if you have special needs.
Packing Essentials: Bring only what you need in a small backpack. Recommended: flashlight/headlamp, toiletries, change of clothes, jacket, snacks, and power bank.
Travel Time: The journey from Labuan Bajo to Denge takes about 5–6 hours by car, so expect long hours on the road both ways.
Respect Local Customs: Photography is allowed, but please ask for permission before taking close-up pictures of local residents. Respect local traditions during your stay.
Limited Connectivity: There is no phone signal or Wi-Fi in Wae Rebo—an opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings.
Flight Planning: We recommend arriving in Labuan Bajo the day before the tour and booking a late flight or next-day departure after the tour ends.
